My name is Thorsten,

I help Silverbacks and Silver Vixens to get into the best shape of their lives.  I have worked with Sporting legends, Doctors, Insulin resistant, the lean, the mean… you name it… We always get results. 

During the course of 90 days, we focus on breaking free from old habits and forming a new relationship to food and exercise. When your hormones are firing as they should, and your insulin levels are aligned, you create a turnaround that will be with you for years to come. It’s never too late to get in the best shape of your life.
